WARRANTY

Apex Marine warrantees all manufactured items for a period of 1 year against defects. In addition, we cover the pontoon hulls, framing cross channels, and risers, for 10 years to be free from weld breaks and cracks. All components not manufactured by Apex including, but not limited to, radios, fish finders, carpet, decking, canvas, seat fabric, instruments, gauges, and motors are covered by their respective manufacturer. The following is an overview of the warranty coverage. Refer to owner’s manual or individual warranty statements for complete conditions and exclusions.

OVERVIEW

Pontoon Tubes:
Warranted for a period of 10 years

Decking:
Lifetime warranty against rot and insect infestation.

Seat Frames:
Wood and plastic components lifetime against rot and insect infestation.

Seat Vinyl:
Upholstery vinyl is warranted for 3 years (See Marine Specialties Group warranty statement)

Carpet:
Marine carpet is warranted for 3 years

Canvas:
Gillgetter  Polyester material is covered for a period of 3 years
Qwest  Acrylic material is covered for a period of 5 years

Components:
All other components not manufactured by Apex such as radios, fish finders, speakers, gauges, are covered by their respective manufacturer

Warranty does not cover or apply to damage sustained in trailering, misuse, accidents, improper storage, improper maintenance or commercial use. Purchaser is responsible for transporting the boat for inspection and/or repair to and from the factory.
